JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MUNNA CHOUDHARY AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ANR.

RANCHI, India, Aug. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on July 14:

1. Learned counsel representing the petitioners seeks permission to convert this W.P. (Criminal) filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to one application under Section 528 BNSS and change the nomenclature from W.P. (Criminal) to Cr.MP.

2. Prayer is allowed.

3. Necessary corrections be carried out within two weeks.

4. Office is directed to list this case before the appropriate Bench having roster, after proper stamp reporting
