RANCHI, India, Feb. 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:
1. Ms. Anjali Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellantwife, on instructions from the appellant, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal, since both parties have mutually agreed to part away and decree of divorce has accordingly been passed.
2. Such submission has been made in presence of Md. Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband.
3. Considering the submission made on behalf of the appellantwife, the present appeal is rendered infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of.
