At the outset, learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the second prayer of the petitioner i.e. prayer No. 1(ii), has been considered and rejected, which has now become the subject matter of a different writ petition, thus the petitioner wants to confine this writ petition to prayer Nos.1 (i) & 1 (iii).
