RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:
1. On 20th February 2024, this Court was informed that in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 33724 of 2023 which was filed by the State of Jharkhand to challenge the order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 353 of 2021, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been pleased to tag the Special Leave Petition along with another matter filed by the State of Jharkhand vide Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No. 33712 of 2023 in which the Hon'ble Supreme Court has recorded the statement of the writ petitioner(s) that till disposal of the Special Leave Petition they shall not press the contempt petition pending before the High Court.
