RANCHI, India, Nov. 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 13:
1. Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Katkamsandi PS Case No.141 of 2025, for offence registered under section 316(4), 318(4), 338, 340, 336(3), 340(2),351(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that father of the petitioners had purchased two plots in the year 1962 in light of Annexure-2 in which it has been disclosed how the land has been purchased.
