JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MOHAN MAHTO AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhupur P.S. Case No.245/2023, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M. at Madhupur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that there is direct allegation against Rajesh Prasad Yadav @ Rajesh Yadav and Amir Yadav of assault.
