1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsels for the O.P.Nos.1,2, 3-8 and 9.
2. This petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 10.05.2022 passed by learned Senior Civil Judge-V, Dumka in Title (P) Suit No.5 of 2012 whereby a petition filed by the petitioner/plaintiff under Order VI Rule 17 CPC in Misc. Civil Application No.62 of 2019 has been rejected.
