RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 20:
An affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the State which would indicate that so far as the appellant nos. 1 & 2 are concerned, they have died and their death certificates have also been annexed with the affidavit. So far as the appellant no. 3 is concerned, it has been stated that as per the information provided by the villagers, the appellant no. 3 has died 10 years back.
Since there are three appellants in this appeal and all the appellants have died, as per the statement made in the affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the State, this appeal stands abated.
