RANCHI, India, Sept. 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 4:
1. Instant civil miscellaneous petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.08.2022 passed in Original Suit No.118 of 2019 whereby and whereunder the application to be impleaded in the suit filed, has been rejected.
2. Plaintiff filed the Original Suit No.118 of 2019 for specific performance of agreement for sale with respect to 4637 Sq. Ft. of land detailed in Schedule A of the plaint.
3. The petitioner filed the application for being impleaded on the ground that claim of right, title and physical possession over the said land is claimed to have been purchased by him vide registered Sale Deed No.1647 of 2009 dated 13.07.2009.
