RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 255 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 323/498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Godda, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the concerned Trial Court has taken cognizance against the petitioner and two other co-accused persons for the offence under Sections 323/498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, without expressing any vi...
