JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MEERA SHARMA V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Jan. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 15:

1. Heard the parties.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the family pension of the petitioner has not been revised. As per the petitioner she is entitled to get benefit in terms of the recommendation of 6 th and 7th Pay Revision but the same has not been granted though her husband retired on 31.07.2004 and died on 16.12.2019.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Human Resources Department-Respondent no. 2 the case of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate order will be passed.
