1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajganj P.S. Case No.61 of 2023, for the offence registered under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4/21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 and Sections 7, 9 and 13 of the Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2017, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
