This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash and set aside the entire criminal proceeding including the order dated 04.02.2020 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Chatra in Complaint Case No.115 of 2018 whereby and where under the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Chatra has found prima facie case for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code inter alia against the petitioner.
