RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichak PS Case No.163 of 2024, for offence registered under section 85 and 74 of BNS, 2023 and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hazaribag.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner happened to be husband of the informant and there are general and omnibus allegations of torture and demand of dowry.
