Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of privileges of anticipatory bail in connection with Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No.117 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner being member of an unlawful assembly, armed with deadly weapons, in furtherance of common object of the assembly committed the murder of Irshad Hussain by firing upon him.
