JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MD. HAMJAMEER V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, March 7 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 7:

1. Heard the parties.

2. The applicant, who is in custody since 20.08.2023, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-B)a/26 & 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of FIR along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.
