RANCHI, India, May 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 19:
1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for quashing of the office order contained in Memo No. 2023 dated 1.8.2023, by which, he was put under suspension in contemplation of a departmental proceeding.
3. The petitioner was appointed on 20.01.2003 as Assistant Teacher in Hazaribagh High School (Urdu Linguistic Minority), Hazaribagh, which is a minority Institution aided by the Government. Since the date of joining, he has worked to the full satisfaction of the authority(ies).
