The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.211 of 2024 arising out of Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No.137 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No.346 of 2024 registered under Section 109, 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner, in furtherance of common intention with the co-accused persons, has committed the murder of the husband of the informant namely Amjad Ali.
