RANCHI, India, Dec. 24 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 24:
1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3042 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 308, 316, 318, 352, 97, 137, 351(1), 352(2), 351(3), 352 of BNS, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the mother of the informant and the allegations has been made against the petitioner that she is not handing over the child of the informant.
