JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MASTI DEVI AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2471 of 2022, for the offence registered under sections 147, 148, 120B, 341, 323, 379, 420, 504, 506/34 IPC, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribagh.
