1. Heard Mr. Sahil, learned counsel for the appellant. None appears on behalf of the State.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 24.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra in M.C.A. No. 555 of 2025, arising out of Piparwar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024, S.T. No. 43 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
