The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No.170 of 2023 corresponding to S.T. Case No.33 of 2024 registered under Sections 302/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with the co-accused persons went to the construction site of the informant and started demolishing his boundary wall and when the informant opposed, the petitioner shot Janki Yadav and Pawan Yadav resulting in death of Janki Yadav.
