This Writ Petition (Cr.) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ (s)/order (s)/direction (s) to the respondent authorities to do proper and speedy investigation of Doranda P.S. Case No.146 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 406, 420, 419, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
