The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.237 of 2024, arising out of Borio (J) P.S. Case No.299 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under sections 371, 372, 373 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was dealing with the minors for prostitution. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is next submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner of being involved in prostitution and the complaint was filed after nine years of the alleged occurrence. I...
