JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MAHAVIR SOREN V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahuda (Bhatdih) O.P. P.S.Case No.81 of 2023, for the offence registered under sections 414/34 IPC, sections 4/21 of Minor Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act and rules 7,9,13 of Jharkhand Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storge) Rules , pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad.
