RANCHI, India, May 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 19:
1. In this petition, M/s Goldstar Suppliers Private Limited has challenged the notice dated 11th March 2023 under section 148(A)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in relation to the concluded assessment proceeding for the assessment year 2016-17.
2. By virtue of a mentioning slip dated 15th April 2024 tendered by Mr. Nitin Kr. Pasari, the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has come up on Board with a request for withdrawal.
