RANCHI, India, June 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 27:
1. The petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Narkopi P.S. Case No.38 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/225/353/342/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate XVIII, Ranchi, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged.
