This appeal is directed against the order dated 02.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur in B.P. No. 219/2025 in connection with Pakur(T) P.S. Case No. 188/2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
It has been alleged that the appellant was apprehended while she was trying to circulate fake currency notes in the market and on a search of her person, three fake currency notes of Rs. 500/- and one currency note of Rs. 200/- were recovered.
