RANCHI, India, May 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:
1 In view of para-3 to 7 of the supplementary counter affidavit filed by the respondents, learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to approach this Court in future, if cause of action so arises.
2. Permission is granted.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
