Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise all the grounds mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous petition before the appropriate court at appropriate stage.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
In view of disposal of this criminal miscellaneous petition, I.A. No. 4873 of 2025 is disposed of being infructuous.
