The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.10 of 2025, arising out of Lohardaga P.S. Case No.201 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.07 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under sections 109, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act.
