RANCHI, India, April 18 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 18:
1. Ms. Khushboo Kumari, Associate to learned counsel Mr. Kumar Harsh, submits that she has received instruction to withdraw this writ petition and seeks permission for the same with the liberty to approach the Jharkhand Education Tribunal.
2. Permission is granted.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
4. If any application for condonation of delay is filed, the same will be considered sympathetically in view of the fact that this writ petition is pending before this Court.
