RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. Initially the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown persons.
