RANCHI, India, Jan. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 18:
1. This petition has been filed against the order dated 16.10.2024 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Additional Family Court No.-II at Dhanbad in Original Maintenance Case No.11 of 2021.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the State and opposite party no.2 have got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
