This Writ Petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue appropriate writ/orders/directions commanding upon the concerned respondent to provide medical treatment of the left leg of the petitioner who has been in custody in connection with Mccluskiganj P.S. Case No. 2 of 2025.
