Heard Mr. Gautam Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Achinto Sen, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 53 of 2021 arising out of Amrapara P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B. A. No. 2770 of 2021.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2020 and one of the co-accused namely, Kistu Murmu has been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 2770 of 2021.
