RANCHI, India, June 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 29:
1. The petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/353/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R.
