2. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
"i. For quashing the entire proceeding of H.R.C. Case No. 125/2024 pending before the respondent no.5 when ownership dispute is pending before this Hon'ble Court when State is the paramount landlord of the Dhalbhum Raja Market situated in Jugsalai, Jamshedpur and rent has been deposited in the treasury as per order of the respondent no. 3.
ii. For stay of the further proceeding of H.R.C. Case No. 125/2024 pending before the respondent no. 5, during the pendency of instant writ petition when respondent no. 5 has no jurisdiction to entertain the application under t...
