JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KAPILDEO PRASAD V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND OTHERS

RANCHI, India, May 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 15:

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The instant writ application has been preferred by the Petitioner praying for a direction upon the RespondentAuthorities to pay the remuneration to this petitioner for the period he worked as Amin under the scheme of Chief Minister Khushali Yozna/Hariyali Yozna.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court towards Annexure-1 and submits that his name was recommended vide letter no. 240 dated 21.07.2008 by the 4th Respondent to the 2nd Respondent to take the work from this Petitioner as an Amin under the aforesaid scheme because no one is working on the post of Amin.
