JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON KAMESHWAR GANJHU V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, April 26 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on April 2:

1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No.422 of 2023, for the offence registered under sections 18, 27(a) and 30 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions cum Special Judge (NDPS), Chatra.
