RANCHI, India, Dec. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 19:
It has been submitted by Mr. Pradeep Kumar, learned A.C. to A.A.G.-IV that the rules for appointment in Clerical posts in the Water Resources Department has already been framed which has been extended till 31.03.2027 and as per Clause 3(d)(iv), preference will be given to the displaced persons at the time of appointment based on the area of land which has been acquired for the purposes of setting up of Swarnrekha Multipurpose Project.
Learned counsel submits that the appellants are displaced persons and their cases for appointment as and when the same is undertaken, shall be considered and given preference based on Clause 3(d)(iv). This submission has be...
