RANCHI, India, Nov. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 29:
1. Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jaridih PS Case No.108 of 2024, for offence registered under section 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 351(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat.
3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and dispute is there with regard to land.
