RANCHI, India, July 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jun 19:
1. These anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 354, 354A(2), 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Mahila PS (Dhanbad) Case No. 17 of 2024.
2. Learned APP at the very outset submits that Final Report has already been submitted in these cases in favour of these petitioners. He has produced the copy of the Final Report.
