RANCHI, India, Jan. 20 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 19:
1. Heard.
2. We find no reason to recall the observations as made in paragraphs 2, 34, 35, 36, 37 and 43 of the order dated 11.12.2025 passed in W.P. (PIL) No.4736 of 2018 and analogous cases as sought by the applicant-petitioner in this case, as there is no error apparent therein. Moreover, the applicant cannot be heard to convince this matter particularly when the appeals filed against the order dated 3rd of December 2025 and thereafter on 9th December 2025 have already been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 17.12.2025.
3. Consequently, this application is dismissed.
