RANCHI, India, Dec. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 13:
1. The matter relates to O.M. Case No.183/2017, pending in the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Garhwa.
2. Ms. Sanjana Kumari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction of Mr. Avishek Prasad, who is Advocate-on-Record, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Mr. Gautam Rakesh, learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending I.A., if any, is disposed of.
