RANCHI, India, Dec. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 13:
1. The matter relates to Kairo P.S. Case No.48/2023, corresponding to G.R. No.37/2024 arising out of Spl. POCSO Case No.56/2023, pending in the Court of the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Lohardaga.
2. Mr. Sumit Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned counsel for the State appearing through Video Conferencing has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
