1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bharat Coking Coal Limited.
3. The petitioner in this writ application has prayed to quash the reasoned order contained in memo No. 1955 dated 14.08.2024, whereby his prayer to reappoint him in the service of B.C.C.L. in terms of company circular dated 20.03.2012 (Annexure-3) has been rejected. Further, he prays to reappoint him in service in terms of the circular which is dated 20.03.2012 (Annexure-3).
