1. Heard Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailesh Kr. Sinha, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.
2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 344/2013 arising out of Kamdara P.S. Case No. 06 of 2012 (G.R.Case No. 147/2012) for the offences registered under Section 302, 201, 34 of the IPC and under Section 27 of Arms Act and under Section 17 of CLA Act.
