RANCHI, India, April 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 19:
1. The present interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for ignoring defect no.186 (Part), as pointed out by the office, which pertains to non-filing of Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner nos.1 & 2.
2. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the defect with respect to non-filing of Vaklatnama on behalf of the petitioner no.1 is ignored. So far as the petitioner no.2 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is allowed one week's time to file Vakalatnama on its behalf.
3. I.A. No.3137 of 2025 is disposed of.
