RANCHI, India, Feb. 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:-
"A. A writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding upon the respondents especially Respondent No.-2 to 4 restraining Respondent No.-5 from illegally constructing house and other concrete structures over the ancestral house in which the petitioner is residing both being own brother and sister and compelling the petitioner to move out of the house, taking into consideration that Partition Suit being Original (Partition) Suit No. 66/2022 is pending before the Court of Senior Civil Judge-I, Dumka between the petitioner and Respondent No.-5.
